Returns
All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date
Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable*
The invoice must be included in the return package
No returns for orders that use a promo code over 20% or during any sales 15% off or more
There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $70 or orders with more than five items.
We will gladly take care of any defective products.

- Body: Reason for return or exchange request
- Please attach a photo if it's a damaged/quality issue.
Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated to charity.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send it (even if it was free shipping).
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Please get in touch with us to start the process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them.
